1. Scope of Work
The project will commence upon receipt of full payment.
Website will consist of a home page, contact page, and shop page.
An individual product template will be set up, utilizing the default WooCommerce checkout process, including email triggers.

2. Product Setup
Initial setup includes 5 preloaded products. Client to provide all necessary product information, including sizes and quantities.

3. Shipping Details
Shipping setup will be within New Zealand, utilising a single chosen carrier with specified pricing brackets provided by the client.

4. Content
Client-supplied text and images are required. In the absence of supplied content, stock images and generated text will be used.

5. Support and Training
Initial guidance on product addition and website edits will be provided.
Links and resources will be provided for managing content, changing design elements, and adding products.
One hour of complimentary support is offered; subsequent support will be charged hourly.

6. Hosting Details
Managed hosting is complimentary for the first year (Essentials+ Plan), then charged annually at $319. Alternate plans are available at Hosting Options.

7. Turnaround Time
Completion expected within 3-6 weeks after payment, dependent on client feedback and approval speed.

8. Design Customisation
While not bespoke, basic design changes (fonts, colours, layout) are permitted after the initial iteration. Five rounds or five hours of changes are allowed, whichever comes first.

9. Platform and Technology
Websites are built on the WordPress platform using the Elementor Theme.
E-commerce functionality is powered by WooCommerce.

10. Payment Methods
Supported payment methods include Bank Card (Visa/Credit) and Electronic Transfer, managed by the client.

11. Exclusions
Logo creation, branding, Xero integration and other third-party app integrations are not included in this package.

12. Additional Functionality
Further integrations and payment methods can be added on a case-by-case basis, subject to quotation and agreement.
